What’s your lead time on orders placed on your website?

Current lead time on orders placed via our website is 3-4 weeks.

Can we schedule a phone consultation?

At the moment we do not offer phone consultations. We prefer to communicate via email, as it helps keep everything organized.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Almost all major credit cards and Zelle.

Do you allow local pickup?

Yes! Please select that option at checkout.

My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?

Items damaged during transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging must be provided to begin a loss/damage claim with the shipping carrier. If possible items will be replaced. If we cannot replace the item, a refund or credit towards a future purchase will be provided.

What is your payment policy?

For custom orders:

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for all custom orders in order to hold your date. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable as we begin preparations immediately. ONLY a deposit can secure your spot. 

The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated on your invoice. If the remaining balance is not paid by date stated on your invoice, your order will be CANCELED and your deposit will be forfeited as deposits are non-refundable.

All orders $150 or less are to be paid in full.

Changes, Cancellations & Return policies:

We ask that you thoroughly review any mockups received. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any approved or already printed/created item(s).

If you have to cancel your order due to event cancellation or postponement, please contact us ASAP. You will be issued credit towards a future order.*

*No credit will be issued if your proof has been approved and is already in production.

Zelle Online Payments:

Have to be paid in full within 24hours of placing your order online.

Mockup Policy:

Please review mockup(s) sent for text and grammatical errors. We cannot be held responsible for any errors once the items have been approved and digitally or physically delivered. Two (2) rounds of proofs are provided with each custom order. Each additional proof or full redesign will require a fee.

Please do not remove any watermarks, crop, or edit any of our images without first obtaining written permission. All ideas and files are for your personal use only. By downloading any files, you accept that they are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Design ideas, files, and images are NOT intended for resale, redistribution, or reproduction without first obtaining written permission from Design35ny.
