With the capacity to design and produce the majority of orders in-house, we maintain close control over quality and craft at every stage — from the first proof to the final piece. That means the ability to combine finishes and techniques that most vendors can’t execute in a single order.
UV Printing
Full-color, high-resolution direct printing on rigid surfaces — acrylic, wood, metal, stone, and more.
Digital Printing
High-quality printing for paper-based stationery, menus, and collateral — precise color, clean output.
Laser Cutting & Engraving
Precision cutting and engraving across materials. Custom shapes, intricate details, and clean finishes every time.
Foil Pressing
Gold, silver, and specialty foil application on paper-based pieces for an elevated, refined result.
Custom Fabrication
Large-scale builds, structural installations, and multi-material assemblies designed and produced to spec in-studio.

Common Questions
FAQ
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance to allow time for design, production, and delivery. The earlier, the better — especially during wedding season.
What do most clients invest in a custom order?
Most clients invest between $2,000 and $5,000 depending on scope, materials, and quantity. Every project is quoted individually — your proposal will reflect exactly what’s included with no surprises.
Is the design fee separate from production?
Yes. Our design fee covers the creative process and is listed separately from production costs. We believe transparency in pricing is non-negotiable.
If I provide my own design, do I still pay a design fee?
If your files are print-ready and meet our production standards, a design fee may not apply. If adjustments are needed, a setup fee will be required.
Do you accommodate last-minute orders?
Rush orders may be possible depending on availability, with an added rush fee of 15–30%. Contact us directly to discuss your timeline before submitting an inquiry.
What is your cancellation policy?
All retainers are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work. A retainer secures your date and initiates the design process. If an order is canceled, we’ll do our best to accommodate a rescheduled date within six months.
What makes Design35NY different?
Everything is designed and produced in-house — UV printing, laser engraving, foil pressing, and fabrication all happen in our studio. That means tighter quality control and a level of customization most vendors can’t offer.
Do you work with corporate clients and brands?
Yes. We handle branded event activations, corporate gifting, and large-scale signage for brand events. If you’re working on a corporate project, reach out directly and we’ll discuss scope and timeline.

My passion for art started young — my earliest memories are of drawing houses and characters. That instinct to create never left. I built Design35NY around the belief that every event deserves details that are designed, not generic.

Today I specialize in custom signage and stationery that reflects the unique vision of each client. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate activation, or a celebration of any kind — I bring precision, craft, and a personal touch to every piece.
