Our standard lead time varies depending on the product and order volume. Most orders take between 3 to 10 business days to process and ship. For custom orders, lead times will be discussed during the design consultation.
No. While we provide estimated production timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We recommend ordering well in advance or reaching out to us directly prior to placing an order.
Yes. Select products offer a Rush Order option at checkout for an additional fee. Rush orders move your order to the front of our production queue but do not guarantee delivery dates or carrier timelines. Rush fees are non-refundable.
We accept all major credit cards, Afterpay, Google Pay, ApplePay, and other secure payment methods. If you have specific payment questions, feel free to contact us.
Yes, we offer local pickup for customers in our area. Please select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout or contact us to arrange a pickup time.
Phone consultations are reserved for approved custom projects only. Web orders are placed directly through the site and do not include consultations. Please contact us via email to schedule a convenient time.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, original packaging, and shipping box. If approved, a replacement may be offered. Replacement timing is not guaranteed and may not align with event dates.
All Design35NY products are custom-made. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Replacements are considered only for items damaged in transit with proper photo documentation provided within 48 hours of delivery
